Machine Parts, Repair and Warranty

JM Softserve provides machine parts, repair, maintenance, cleaning, delivery support, and warranty services for customers using JM soft serve ice cream machines, slushie machines, and cold drink machines in Thailand.

Our standard warranty covers 1 year for the machine and 3 years for the compressor. Spare parts are designed for JM machines only, so customers should contact our team before ordering parts to confirm model compatibility.

Customers with JM Take Care Warranty may receive up to 50% discount on eligible services or spare parts, subject to warranty terms and conditions.
